Members can also now receive notifications when their home or business loses power through the app. You will receive an estimated time of power restoration and a notice when power has been restored to your address. Downloading the app is easy. Step 1: Search for “DEC Connect” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device. Step 2: Set up an account.
You’ll need your account number found on your bill or online in your Co-op ebill/Smarthub account. If you have already signed up for an online Smarthub account with DEC, you can log into the app using your email address and password. Those who sign up for the app will also be able to use their email and password to access their Co-op account online.
